When the interior palette is monochromatic, and especially when it’s predominantly WHITE, textural variety must create the layers and juxtapositions that captivate the eye. The all-white spaces must not only induce the requisite sense of quiet calm but also work hard to endure. So the tactile elements—all of the materials and finishes—take on extra, and extremely practical, dimensions.
